The Dwinal Pond 4 Seasons club,Seboeis Stream ATV Club, Downeast Lakes Region, The Penobscot Off Road Riders, & The MT. Jefferson BackCountry Riders- maintain hundreds of miles of local trails that interconnect to adjoining club trails providing thousands of miles of awesome trails that offer a wide range of riding enjoyment for the novice as well as the expert rider. You are able to access these trails conveniently from the campground directly from your site.  Local Club’s trail maps available at the Campground.

Swimming & Boating

Cole’s Landing is a picturesque facility on crystal, clean, Silver Lake, located less than a mile down the road and accessible via vehicle or ATV.  It boasts a 6 acre day park with picnic facilities, swings, public beach, parking & a boat ramp. Additionally the complex has restrooms & changing rooms. The perfect place for swimming & boating. Keep your boat at the campground and easily trailer it to the launch for a day of water-skiing or even a sunset cruise.

Canoeing & Kayaking

Rather explore the Lincoln Lakes Region by canoe or kayak? Bring your own or rent one of ours. Either way the Lincoln Lakes region offers a vast variety of scenic lakes and rivers close by the campground giving you the opportunity to explore a different lake, river or stream every day!

Fishing

Sleeping Bear is located in the heart of the Lincoln Lakes Region where there is 4,300 acres of water, plus 19 miles of frontage on Maine’s longest river, the Penobscot. It’s a fisherman’s paradise! Fish for Brook Trout, Lake Trout, Landlocked Salmon, or Small & Large Mouth Bass. The Lincoln Lakes Region has some of the best bass fishing anywhere and Sleeping Bear is in the heart of it.

Hunting

Lee & Lincoln are right in the middle of WMD’S 11, 19 & 18 area’s where some of the best Maine moose and bear hunting down east Maine has to offer. Whitetail and fowl hunting are also superior. Staying at our cabin and bringing your own gear and groceries makes a hunting adventure that is affordable. you can set out on your own or we can get you in touch with one of the many reputable guides in the area.

Snowmobiling

The Lee mogul Pounders & The Dwinal Pond 4 Seasons Club maintain local trails that interconnect to adjoining club trails & the state ITS trails to the north & south but, also provide the opportunity for sledders who want a shorter scenic loop ride. Enjoy the snow and return to our cozy cabin for a perfect winter get-a-away! Local Club’s and State trail maps available at the Campground.

Ice-Fishing

Combine your snowmobiling with ice fishing or plan a weekend of just fishing. With the use of our ice shack and the comfort of our cabin Winter fishing has never been so much fun or convenient.
